Tattoo Noir ref part 1 lineart

Well, alongside Thumper (and the next-to-return Darkstar), this guy's probably my favourite of the X-Men wannabe mutant OCs I've come up with. Troy Hubert, aka "Tattoo Noir" is only very loosely a member of the group (Random X), a bit of an enigma in the beginning, a kind of combination of Wolverin and Gambit (for reasons which will be revealed eventually, so shush with the grumbling ).

He's got one proper SCORCHER of a mutant power, too - his tattoos are 100 percent NATURAL, no ink has EVER been put in his skin, they're practically BIRTHMARKS. Basically they're tied directly into his power, and when it's activated they unleash a kind of "bio-force" that turns him into a feral, virtually unstoppable juggernaut of primal fury. As I've mentioned to a few others already, this isn't REALLY something I can easily describe, it's definitely something that would translate better in IMAGES ... so watch this space ...

Anyway, look-wise he could probably be considered a pretty typical male character for me . He's got the classic alt-rock bad boy thing going on, and of course there's all those tats ... of course I'm saving myself a lot of irritation if this ever went anywhere - his tattoos kind of have a life of their own, and are ever-changing (like Rorschach's mask, if you like), so I'll never have to worry about CONTINUITY (). Needless to say I'm definitely having fun with this guy ...
