Katya pinup pencils

Back on my OCs again, this time with somebody I keep coming back to, trying to get a handle on her look ... but this time I think I've FINALLY made some proper progress. So, from my comic project Dust Bunnies, here's the pencils for a forthcoming pinup of Heidi's "nemesis", the arrogant, stuck up, self important young vampire Katya, who hates our girl Heidi for absolutely no reason anyone can fathom ... and SHE sure ain't letting on. But anyways ...

So here we go, here she is in all her pouty, punky, SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS glory. I went all out to really capture her sheer don't-give-a-shit attitude, and I think even at this relatively rough stage (which will of course get cleaned up and pinned down when this goes to inks ) I've got her looking proper BADASS. I've also finally pinned down the proper look for her tats, and in doing so I've definitely cracked the visual difference (and yet at the same time there's a certain root commonality) between Divine (angel and demon) and Nocturnal (vampire) tattoo designs. And I'm proper chuffed with how well her pose turned out, it was a pretty tricky one to crack, but once I got it to work it turned out pretty slick.
