Of course, this is Death, (maybe) the oldest of the Endless from Neil Gaiman's sublime Sandman comic. Okay, I'm gonna get this outta the way right now - ever since 1997 I have been TOTALLY IN LOVE with this character, as I think are a whole generation of goths, emos and romantic types. I'd consider myself pretty sad if she wasn't just about the coolest, hottest girl in comics.
For those who don't know, she really IS death, but she's a nice death. Think of her kinda like the Discworld death mixed with Siouxie Sioux, along with a generous lashing of Abby Sciutto from NCIS (yeah, I really like her too).
