Catwoman pencils

Ah yes, something awfully familiar now, innit? Indeed, I keep coming back to this little lady, but then Selina Kyle is one of my very favourite comic book femmes by a LONG WAY. Anyways, I'm on a roll, and while I am I figured what the hell, might as well resurrect some old faves while I'm polishing up and honing my craft. So here she is ... again ...

ALMOST went with the new look Selina Kyle from The Dark Knight rises, and indeed I'm sort of still tempted to give that one a go a little ways down the line (we'll see ) ... in the meantime here I have of course gone with my all-time fave look of hers, the "classic" Adam Hughes-perfected black PVC catsuit-and-goggles look, albeit with my own little flourishes. Also, in keeping with my current determination to get as much down into the full-on ACTION shots as possible, fancied going in for some whip action ... although I doubt I'll be able to get the FULL EFFECT of the action until I've gone to colours and I can start playing with some effects. Meanwhile, I'm quite pleased with how this one's turning out so far ...
