More fresh artwork on the way, the first up being this forthcoming pinup featuring one of my OCs I've been really neglecting lately - Dust Bunnies' own Audra St Claire, super-tough Phoenix angel and general arse-kicking warrior woman, a redheaded amazon fighting for The Light in Los Angeles.
This is one of the characters I've come back to a few times, redesigning along the way, although this is one I've been tweaking in fairly subtle ways since she was pretty close to begin with.
I've tightened up her grittiness a little bit, giving her a few extra scars from the Harpy-claw slashes in her side that got revealed when I did that "artistic nude" of her back in '09 (
) ... the new ones on her face are gonna be particularly heavy duty once they go to inks and colours, definitely. I'm also making her dress a little more casual and practical, better suited for a fighter - jeans instead of business-type slacks, and while you don't see it here there'll be a battered old bomber jacket in the mix too. Anyway, if this one works I'll have a crack at a more serious pinup of her next, showing off a little of her Phoenix-characteristic pyrokinetic prowess ...

I remember that artistic nude you did of her back then, and she is still just as beautiful as I recall her. She looks dangerous and sexy here even if in the casual attire, and I love the confident pose. Keep up the great work!
